This website is operated by EcoTech (Europe) Ltd (“we/us”). As a user of this website you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The ‘Confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgment by email detailing the product(s) you have ordered. Please note that this email does not constitute an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
(d) if your delivery address is outside mainland UK;
(e) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND SUITABILITY
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any products. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our ‘Returns’ section below.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT. Any applicable delivery fee is payable by the customer in addition to the displayed price and is calculated at the checkout.
We do not retain any details of your full credit or debit card number at any time during your use of this website.
Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method at the time we receive your order.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods or an alternative similar product may be offered upon agreement with you.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Delivery will be made to the billing address supplied by you at checkout, unless you specify a separate delivery address. We only deliver to the UK Mainland.
For each order placed, there is a delivery charge calculated based on the value of the order (excluding VAT). Please see our shipping page for further details.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. If we anticipate any delivery taking longer than expected we will notify you by email.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased within 14 days of the receipt of goods and you must send us the goods back within a further 14 days and obtain a proof of postage receipt. To cancel your order, you need to contact us in writing (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using our contact form) within 14 days of delivery of your items, quoting your full order details. If your order has already been sent out to you, we will refund you in full provided we receive the goods back within the above timescales. All goods returned to us must be received by us in the same resalable condition that they were sent out. We unconditionally reserve the right to reduce the value of the refund if the goods have been devalued as a result of unnecessary handling. You will be responsible for paying the cost of all return postage, except in the event you are returning faulty goods.
Our aim is to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time. In the unlikely event of your delivery being incorrect (for example faulty, incorrect or damaged deliveries), please follow these guidelines so that we can rectify matters without delay:
- Check the delivery upon receipt and sign for the goods.
- If there is a problem, note it on the delivery document, then sign it and ask the driver to countersign.
- Contact our Customer Service Team on 024 7647 1894, who will provide you with further instructions.
- Goods must not be returned until authorised by our Customer Service Team.
- If you are unable to check or count the delivery upon receipt, please sign it as being unchecked and check the goods within three days, advising our Customer Service Team of any problems immediately.
We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail from third parties as a result of ordering from us. We may need to share your details with third party providers who perform services for us, to enable us to continue providing you with our services. By using this website, creating an account and signing up to marketing, you are giving your consent for us to share your information with those limited third parties when necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, all rights, including copyright, in the content of this website are owned and controlled by EcoTech (Europe) Limited.
In accessing these web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use.
You are not permitted to copy, download, store, transmit, adapt or change in any way the content of this website for any other purpose whatsoever, in any medium, without the prior written permission of Ecotech (Europe) Limited.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third party claims.
We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.
